Yoo In Na was probably born beautiful. She started out with great bone structure and beautiful features. But the star of "Queen Inhyun's Man" and Jun Ji Hyun's frenemy in "You Who Came From The Stars" is careful about what she eats and how she takes care of her famous "honey" skin.

That's one reason she became the emcee of the beauty program "Get It Beauty." On the program she invites fellow celebrities to share their beauty secrets.

Most of her beauty secrets are simple and easy to follow.

To maintain her shapely S-line, she learned some easy exercise tips from YG trainer Hwangssabu and is very careful about what she eats. While she does not follow a specific weight loss diet, she rarely eats processed foods such as white rice and loads up on vegetables.

"I eat things like cabbage often," she said at the "Get It Beauty" press conference. "I like vegetables. At night I avoid snacking."

Her dietary choices are not just a matter of keeping her weight down. Eating healthy foods full of antioxidants is good for your skin.

"Your body's internal organs need to be healthy for your skin to be nice," she said. "Also, from my experience, drinking only water for two or three days can change your skin."

To remember to drink enough water, she sets an alarm.

"Everyone knows that drinking enough water is good for the skin, but it's not easy to actually put it into practice," she said. "That's why I set an alarm for every hour on the hour, and I drink a glass of hour every time the alarm rings."

On a recent episode off OnStyle's "Get It Beauty," Yoo In Na and her guest Rainbow's Jaekyung measured their skin moisture and resilience. Both were recorded as being very high.

The episode offered a few cleansing tips such as mixing cleansing oil with honey and massaging it into your skin. Another tip was to use salt to mildly exfoliate your skin.

To rid skin of abrasive dust, mix cleansing cream with salt, which has an antibiotic and detoxifying effect.

Unlike some other actresses she does not make frequent trips to the dermatologist. Instead she prefers to use natural facemasks made from ingredients such as cucumber.

"I only go to the dermatologist when I personally can't pop a pimple," she said.

In future episodes of the show, she is planning to focus on exercise.

"I'm planning to introduce easy routines like sit-ups, sideways exercises and stretching exercises that can be done anywhere," said Yoo In Na.

All of these things are easy to do, she said. The important thing is to stick with them.
