On the first episode of tvN Monday/Tuesday drama "A Witch's Love" broadcast on April 14th, Ban Ji Yeon (played by Um Jung Wha) showed different sides at work and in his personal life.
Ban Ji Yeon is the editor and journalist of a weekly magazine of the investigations bureau that does anything to get an exclusive article as she runs until her feet sweat. To capture the extramarital affair of national actor Kim Jung Do (played by Jun No Min) she uses any kind of uniform fashion.
Such efforts result in her article being selected as the main article. The scandal of the national actor is revealed to the world and as people start to spread rumors in public places, Ban Ji Yeon starts to feel a strange sense of satisfaction.
Like this, she is a witch that is best in her area. Like this, she is cold hearted. She says she's first but around her there are people that are jealous of her. She goes home alone and throws her body to music and dances but is always lonely and lfie is hard.
In addition, her coworkers pretend to help her struggles but they hire handsome Yong Soo Chul (played by Yoon Hyun Min) and embarrass her. Ban Ji Yeon had fallen deeper than anything.
Um Jungg Wha captures a confident side of herself as a career woman and a lonely side when she is left alone as Ban Ji Yeon. Even in a romance separating her and Park Suh Joon (played by Yoon Dong Ha) is fourteen years, there are worries about the romance, but Um Jung Wha is Um Jung Wha.
She had shown her unique sexiness in "Invitation" "Poison" "Betrayal of a Rose" and had shown her acting skills in many pieces as she shoed the complicated sides of Ban Ji Yeon.
