The culprit was wearing Ki Dong Chan's jumper when he killed Lee Soo Jung and because of this, Ki Dong Chan misunderstood Ki Dong Chan to be the culprit and took the blame. The actual culprit wore Ki Dong Chan's jumper and murdered Lee Soo Jung.
Ki Dong Chan went to Ki Dong Ho who was locked up in prison and showed the picture asking who this was. Ki Dong Chan was angered at Ki Dong Ho's lies saying that he was the culprit and said, "I killed Soo Jung? So your older brother said Soo Jung died instead of me? Not me. I didn't even drink that much" he yelled. Ki Dong Ho then said, "It's not Dong Chan?" and smiled brightly. Ki Dong Chan was devastated and cried at the frustrating reality.
