Miss Korea Kim Sa Rang Shares Her Diet Regimen

Actress and former Miss Korea Kim Sa Rang shared her diet regimen on the SBS entertainment news program "Midnight TV Entertainment," which aired on May 7, 2014. On this week's "Midnight TV Entertainment," Kim Sa Rang shared her tips on diet regimen. She said on her public profile where it says she is 173 cm tall and weighs 49 kg, "That weight is when I was Miss Korea. I gained some after that year. Currently I weight two to three more kilograms." Kim Sa Rang said on her diet regimen, "I think you have to control what you eat and how much you exercise. I never eat at night." She added, "I eat twice a day. I eat dinner around 5 to 6, and usually I eat tofu salad. If I do not control myself, it is hard to maintain my body." When the host asked, "What do you control the most, your face or body?" Kim Sa Rang said, "My body, because the more I take care of it, the more I get rewarded. In addition to the diet regimen, I exercise and do yoga."
