The Arrow season 2 finale trailer confirmed that after the finale airs, we would get to see the Flash TV series trailer in full and Flash fans can't wait to see that.
While we saw a glimpse of Barry Allen's super speed in the teaser, you'd have to wonder if the show runners for the Flash TV series would show how fast The Flash can be as by comic book standards, what you saw during the teaser is kid stuff compared to what the Flash has done in the comics.
In the comics, Barry Allen and the rest of the other Flashes (Wally West, Bart Allen) has shown feats that put them above the speed of light. While travelling faster than the speed of light is an impressive feat as in reality, it breaks the laws of physics, The Flash makes the speed of light seem like a statue as seen here when he goes 13 trillion times faster than the speed of light:
It's obvious that the show runners won't have Barry Allen running at the speed of light but it would be interesting to see what the Flash's top speed would be and how the comparisons with X-Men's and The Avenger's Quicksilver would play out.
