It's no surprise if Bradley Cooper is dating Jennifer Lawrence right now, given the actor's many high-profile romances. A short memoir written by ex-wife Jennifer Esposito may reveal the reasons why the Cooper went from one brief, intense relationship to another.
Esposito recently-released book, "Jennifer's Way," is part healthy living journal, part narrative memoir. There's a section where she mentions a past relationship gone sour, which allegedly refers to her short-lived marriage with Cooper.
Cooper, 39, and Esposito, 41, decided to tie the knot after a brief relationship. The two divorced in 2007, a mere four months later.

Esposito's words were revealing. She said the city (of Los Angeles) is a difficult city when it comes to finding love, and "then I met someone and accepted a date."
She wrote that the red flags were already there at the beginning of the relationship, and there were plenty to note. She overlooked the signs because she thought everything was merely a short-term affair. Cooper "was funny, smart, cocky, arrogant, and a master manipulator. I didn't necessarily find him that attractive, but I figured that I could enjoy his sense of humor and nonsense for a while."
Things escalated from bad to worse, even before they decided to get married in December 2006. It was as if it all suddenly happened, too fast, too soon.
The affair was fun and intense, but the actor's "mean, cold side" surfaced while Bradley Cooper dating Esposito. The relationship hit rock bottom in a matter of days, and ended within the same week.
Cooper confirmed parts of Jennifer's story in a March 2011 interview with Howard Stern. Referring to their marriage: "It was just something that happened. The good thing is, we both realized it... Sometimes you just realize it."
It's anybody's guess who Bradley Cooper is dating now, but the actor is reuniting with Jennifer Lawrence in a new film ("Serena"). Esposito is currently engaged to model Louis Dowler (usmagazine.com).
