Dana White Banned From Gambling At The Las Vegas Palms Casino? UFC President Slams Critics For Card-Counting Allegations, Says 'Casinos Don't Want To Gamble Anymore'

Dana White was recently banned from gambling at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas and the UFC President first broke out some hints in his new online video blog "UFC Embedded" wherein he alluded to "being given his walking papers" at the Palms casino.

In a report by the Las Vegas Review Journal, however, Dana White did confirm his newly reinstated gambling ban at the casino.

There had been a falling out between the UFC President and the casino since 2012, mainly because of the MMA promoter's winning ways. This ultimately resulted to Dana White's decision to pull all UFC events from the casino after his credit line was cut in half.

However, the two parties settled their differences in March, when according to Dana White, Palms chief executive Dan Lee sent a bottle of his favorite 2001 Domaine de la Romanee-Conti Montrachet as a sign of truce.

But when Dana White went back to gambling at the Palms two weeks ago, he claims that he "beat the casino for nearly $2 million", and was also informed by the management that his limited will be reduced from $25,000 a hand to $5,000.

Allegations of card counting were also thrown his way, which he immediately dismissed.

"A lot of people are going to think I'm a card counter after that Ben Affleck thing at the Hard Rock," White said. I'm the farthest thing from card counter."

Dana White, who has lived in Las Vegas his entire adult life, also criticized the state of casinos and gambling in the "Sin City" today.

"Casinos don't want to gamble anymore," White declared. "They're all owned by hedge funds and corporations. They want to stack the odds so much against you that won't play."

"Realistically, there's only one place to play left in town," he added. "That's Caesars. They will let you play what you want to play. No messing around with limits."

The UFC executive however, is not completely shutting out the Palms as part of his go-to places in Las Vegas.

"I love everybody over there," he said.
