The "Man of Steel" sequel and "Justice League" prequel sure has a star-studded cast with Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor in the line-up. After announcing the official title of Batman-Superman movie, a new cast will soon be joining them. It was rumored that Aquaman will be played by "Game of Thrones" actor Jason Momoa. However, this time HitFlix confirmed that the actor will be wearing the green and orange outfit. It also claimed that the designs for the character has already finalized by Zack Snyder.

Warner Bros. hasn't announced  yet if Momoa will play the role, and Momoa hasn't confirmed it either since the rumor started to rumble late last year. He once told IGN in January, "It's just rumors. I want to say something amazing, but I can't comment on rumors. It's flattering. I'm not involved in it."

Then, he even said to his fans at Bucharest comic con last month (published at Slashfilm), "I know, Aquaman. I couldn't even be more random for Aquaman, you know, with the blonde hair ... I don't even know where that comes from - it's like me being ... uh ... Robin or something. Who pulls that out? I see that on the Internet and I'm like, Aquaman? A guy like ... Lobo I could see."

Whether or not Momoa is included in the cast of "Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice" as Aquaman, DC Comics fans, particularly Superman and Batman enthusiasts, can expect that the King of the Seven Seas superhero character will be seen in action in the "Man of Steel" sequel.

Given the appearance of Aquaman in the movie, we can anticipate that a mass destruction will happen in the water if he gets involved in the Justice League conflict!

Momoa is famous in his TV roles as Khal Drogo in "Game of Thrones" and in another TV series as Ronon Dex in "Stargate: Atlantis". He also played the lead role as Conan in the "Conan, the Barbarian" in 2011.
