Arrow Season 3 Spoilers: Batman Appearance, Oded Fehr As Ra's Al Ghul And John Stewart The Green Lantern! What Can We Expect On The New Season?

Arrow season 3 spoilers ahead! Be warned that this article deals with events that may probably happen in the future but you may want to read on as it deals with three of DC comics most popular characters,Batman, Green Lantern and Ra's Al Ghul!

The show has had its fair share of DCU Easter eggs in the past, and executive producer Marc Guggenheim and the Green Arrow himself, Stephen Amell took to Twitter and Facebook to tease fans by referencing Green Lantern! This is what they posted online:

The image is an ad for Ferris Air, a reference to the DC Comics universe's Ferris Aircraft, run by Carol Ferris, the love interest of Green Lantern, Hal Jordan. Even the ad's slogan, "We Fly Without Fear" is a reference to the Green Lantern Corps, whose rings are powered by sheer force of will, leaving no room for any kind of fear.

So will Green Lantern appear on the show? A theory is popping up that John Diggle may actually be the Green Lantern, John Stewart!

The theory states that "Diggle" is just a nickname/adopted name and John Diggle's real name is John Stewart. If you look at it closely, the similarities between the two are uncanny! From the looks, race and most importantly the origin of these two characters. While some are a bit different, the show can retcon or change some stuff around to make things fit.

The Movie News Hound has also reported that the Mummy star Oded Fehr is in talks of playing Ra's Al Ghul in Arrow Season 3.

With John Barrowman being promoted to a series regular some fans have theorized that he may be set up as the big bad for Arrow season 3 but in reality he would be one of heroes as Ra's Al Ghul would be the big bad on Arrow Season 3 where he will hunt Malcolm Merlyn for breaking the code of the League of Assassins. Malcolm Merlyn would ask Oliver for help and with Thea backing Merlyn, Oliver would accept. The Return of Manu Bennett's Deathstroke would be Oliver asking him for help to defeat Ra's Al Ghul so at the end it would be Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Assassins vs Team Arrow and Deathstroke with the Suicide Squad.

With Wayne Tech being referenced at the end of the Flash TV series pilot episode it could be speculated that Batman would appear on Arrow as well. Since in the Flash TV series pilot showed that Queen Inc and Wayne Tech would merge into a single company, we could see Bruce Wayne meeting Oliver Queen on a future episode of Arrow.
