Steve Perry Journey Comeback: Is Arnel Pineda Out From The Band? Former Vocalist Wishes Pineda 'All The Very Best'

There is a rumor that former Journey band member Steve Perry will come back and replace the Filipino-singer Ariel Pineda.

Fans of Arnel Pineda need not worry because it was confirmed that Steve Perry has no plan to come back to his former band.

On Yahoo News, it was confirmed that Steve Perry, the original singer of Journey, the guy replaced 7 years ago, isn't interested to come back or get his old job back. 

Perry's return in Journey has created curiosity to the fans of both former vox and the present vox, Arnel Pineda.

In an interview of Fan Asylum with Perry, the former singer stated that "I don't know who or what would make Arnel want to say such a thing," (referring to rumor that he will come back) 

Last April, Perry surprised fans and the pop music world by making 3 guest appearances during the US tour of the band Eels. 

Perry left the band in 1995 or for 19 years. 

He also stated in an interview that "He's (Arnel Pineda) their lead singer," Perry emphasized, "and I only wish him all of the very best!"

Overall, the source said that Perry killed speculations of his return to Journey with these statements to Fan Asylum:

"There is no reunion," he said last June 18, 2014.
