Kim Kardashian's ex Ray J could go to jail after being accused of sexual battery, said a report from Daily Mail. The R&B singer's arrest took place after earlier controversies about releasing another controversial song that could possibly be about his ex-girlfriend and "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star, Kim Kardashian.
Beverly Hills rumble
The 33-year-old brother of singer Brandy Norwood faces accusations of grabbing the breast of a woman while at the Regent Beverly Wilshire hotel last May 30.
Initially, Kim Kardashian's ex Ray J was first accused of making "incidental" contact with the said female victim's bottom. Soon after, new evidence was released to prove that Ray J's actions were done in full view of witnesses.
The whole incident started when Ray J, who happens to be the male partner in the now infamous Kim Kardashian sex tape, got involved in an confrontation at Side Bar, an upscale establishment in the said Beverly Hills hotel.
Ray J was subsequently thrown out and started being hostile while at the valet area, prompting hotel security to make a citizen's arrest.
Kim Kardashian's ex Ray J got even more aggressive when officers of the Beverly Hills Police Department arrived to take him into custody and the singer allegedly spat on an officer. The spitting incident prompted the battery charge.
According to a TMZ report, Ray J also allegedly kicked out a window of a police car after he was handcuffed. The singer defended his actions by reasoning that he was claustrophobic.
The whole fiasco has left Ray J facing a total of 10 charges: four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery, two counts of vandalism and one count of sexual battery.
Is Ray J's new song a diss to Kim?
Prior to the incident at the Beverly Hills hotel, Kim Kardashian's ex Ray J released a song that some speculate could be intended to diss his "KUWTK" ex-girlfriend.
According to a report from Hiphollywood, Ray J's new song "ATM" has Kim's ex singing about a girl who "got her legs open like an ATM".
The song comes after other Ray J tracks that have hinted about "hitting it first" - inevitably making listeners connect his songs to Kim, since he was the reality star's first famous boyfriend.
