Guardians Of The Galaxy Zoe Saldana: Actress Poses Naked On Cover Of Women's Health UK; Shares Her Secrets To Her Hot Body

Guardians of the Galaxy star Zoe Saldana goes bare naked on the latest issue of Women's Health magazine UK. The beautiful 36-year-old actress did the interview before announcing her pregnancy with artist Marco Pereggo.

In the magazine interview, she shares her body issues and top tips on loving the body that you have right now.  

On looking and feeling beautiful, the actress shares that she is in a very good place right now. "I'm exactly where I want to be. I do feel beautiful in a way that even when I was working out a whole lot, I sometimes didn't," she says.

She admits that she does get her bouts of insecurity about the way her body looks. She shares that she has learned to accept everything as a natural progression of things. "My body is less toned. I do look in the mirror and see things I don't want. My first reaction is I breathe and I think, 'I'm a woman, I'm 36, my body is changing,'" Saldana said.

Looking at the Guardians of The Galaxy star in her photo spread, it's hard to see why she should be concerned about her toned and lithe figure. But just like a normal person,  she says she would tend to focus on what made her feel unsatisfied.

But ultimately, for the actress, it really is all about being happy where you are in the moment, and appreciating the here and the now. "[T]here have been times that I was really slender and I didn't like that I sometimes looked a little too muscular and flat-chested -- you'll never be completely happy, so at the end of the day it's like, f-k it. Just be happy, regardless."

Saldana has been gracing magazine covers left and right, coming off a hot career streak that has her starring in the biggest sci-fi movies of her generation: Avatar, Star Trek, and Guardians of the Galaxy.

The Women's Health magazine with Guardians of the Galaxy Zoe Saldana on the cover will hit store shelves on July 30 online.
