Kendra Wilkinson And Hank Baskett: ‘KOT’ Star ‘Wants To Move Forward,’ Allegedly ‘Done’ With Marriage To NFL Pro
Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett's marital issues have been making buzzes online since the alleged affair with a transsexual model surfaced. Reportedly, this may be weighing on Kendra. Allegedly, the reality star just wants to get over with the issue and move forward.
"Hank and Kendra are on speaking terms, but she's still so mortified by the situation. [The cheating] happened before, but she's done [with the marriage]. It's more about the kids and the finances now," says an insider to People Magazine. "She's an optimistic person and wants people to know she's doing better, which is why she's going out. They're contractually obligated and are in the middle of filming," says the insider. "But she doesn't want people talking about it for the rest of her life. She just wants to move forward."
Recently, the reality star enjoyed a night out with girlfriends for the first time since learning of her husband Hank Baskett's affair. According to US Weekly, she was seen at L.A. hotspots Hemingway's and Warwick sans her wedding ring.
"They were celebrating a girlfriend's birthday," an onlooker tells PEOPLE of Wilkinson. "She wasn't on the prowl, but she was open to talking to guys and just having fun."
"Kendra was laughing and dancing with her group of friends," another onlooker tells PEOPLE. "Everyone was having a great time."
Allegedly, "Wilkinson is eager for supporters to know that she is doing well, she is not necessarily looking forward to airing her dirty laundry on her WE tv reality show."
Recently, it has been reported that all of their marriage glitches will be covered on the new season of "Kendra on Top."
"Everything's going to be addressed on the show, warts and all. Production had already been filming Kendra before the scandal broke, so you're really going to see her reaction to everything from the ground up. Nothing about it is inauthentic. The cameras have been there through it all. It's been devastating," a source said.
Both Wilkinson and Baskett are co-executive producers of Kendra on Top.
