Teen Choice Awards 2014: Modern Family's Sarah Hyland To Host Awards Show With Teen Wolf's Tyler Posey; Taylor Swift, Josh Hutcherson, Ian Somerhalder And More Up For Awards

The Teen Choice Awards 2014 is just around the corner and it has been recently announced that two hot teen stars will be hosting the event!

Modern Family actress Sarah Hyland will be co-hosting the ceremony with Teen Wolf hunk Tyler Posey. The 23-year-old actress is up for her own award this year, that of Female Scene Stealer, for her role on the Emmy award winning sitcom Modern Family, which will start season 6 in the fall.

It will be recalled that Tyler Posey was himself a Teen Choice Award winner for Choice Male Summer TV Star for his juicy role on MTV's Teen Wolf. He was announced as the host as early as June.

This year's Teen Choice Awards is expected to be as star-studded as ever, with appearances by hot young celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Josh  Hutcherson (The Hunger Games), Ansel Elgort (The Fault In Our Stars), Ian Somerhalder (The Vampire Diaries), Bella Thorne, Odeya Rish, and  Ariana Grande.

Demi Lovato, Rita Ora, Jason Derulo, MAGIC! and Rixton are expected to take the stage by storm with hot performances.

The top nominees in this year's Teen Choice Awards 2014 include 22 Jump Street, which has seven nominations. Australian musician Iggy Azalea has five nods, while TV shows such as Teen Wolf, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and Pretty Little Liars are also up for several awards.

The awards will be presented by Kellan Lutz, Chloe Grace Moretz, Cody Simpson, Hailee Steinfeld, and Zendaya, among others.

It will be recalled that the Teen Choice Awards 2014 was originally suppose to take place at the Pauley Pavilion of the UCLA campus. But a burst water pipe flooded the venue with some 20 million gallons of water. The show had to be relocated. 

The 2014 Teen Choice awards will be shown live on August 10, 10 pm on FOX.
