But before they can get typecast, lead actor Jamie Dornan, who plays Christian Grey in the movie, has already announced his next film role.

Dornan is next set to play UN commander Pat Quinlan, who finds himself trapped in the Democratic Republic of Cong, according to The Hollywood Reporter, the movie is a geo-political thriller based on the siege of 150 Irish UN military personnel led by Quinlan in the Congo. This took place after pro-Western leader deposed leader Patrice Lumumba by killing him.

The Siege of Jadotville is going to be the first feature length film to be directed by Richie Smyth. The director previously worked mostly on music videos and commercials, and has worked with the likes of U2, The Verve, and Bon Jovi. Smyth's most recent work as a an infomercial for children's rights in Ireland, which garnered him several best director nods.

 "I can't wait to get stuck into Jadotville. It's an unbelievable story and Commandant Pat Quinlan is going to a be a treat of a character to tackle," Dornan said. "I'm a big fan of both Richie Smyth and producer Alan Moliney and I'm very much looking forward to working with them both."

The actor gets to display his serious acting chops in the new film certainly. But meanwhile fans will get to enjoy his physical gifts. The Fifty Shades of Grey cast member made his mark as a model for Calvin Klein underwear, frequently posing with the likes of Kate Moss. He reportedly looked so good in the ads that he earned the nickname, "The golden torso."
