KARA in Tears After First Performance in 5 Years

KARA was in tears towards the end of the concert.

Members who were dancing with a smile on their face showed tears when sharing their thankful heart towards fans and family and sang 'Dear Kamilia.'

KARA's first exclusive solo concert 'KARASIA' kicked off at Olympic Park Seoul on February 18 with 9,000 fans.

"Everyone who came on this cold day, we will make you warm!"

After announcing the start of the show there was a loud cheer from the audience.

As this is the very first solo concert since KARA's debut in 2007 all the members and audience couldn't hide their excitement.

KARA performed their hit songs for the past 5 years "Honey," "Pretty Girl," "Wanna," "Mr.," "Jumping," "Lupin," "Step" and others. The group performed a total of 33 songs.

Unlike other idol group they didn't do much solo activity or sub-unit therefore most of concert was devoted to individual performances.

Each member prepared for their own solo performance by directing and songwriting.

As they have grown to be popular singer in Japan there were many Japanese fans that stood out.

Recently Oricon released revenue trends showing KARA's "Super Girl" to have made 2 Billion Yen. Fellow artists came to celebrate their solo concert, BEAST's Dong Woon, SHINee's Minho and Jonghyun and Jewelry's Eunjung.

KARA will continue on their tour with next day performance at same location then begin performance at Yokohama on April followed by stops in Osaka, Fukuoka and Tokyo.
