"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Russell Armstrong's dad reportedly believes that his son's death in 2011 was actually murder, not suicide, according to TMZ.

According to court documents obtained by the entertainment website, Louie Armstrong is reportedly asking the court to force the L.A. County Coroner's office to hand over his son's autopsy pictures, which he plans to have checked out by his own forensic specialist.

In the documents, Louie Armstrong reportedly stated that RHOBH star Taylor Armstrong is "refusing to assist his efforts."

Autopsy results were made public after Russell's death and reportedly did not indicate foul play. Russell's family reportedly hired a private detective soon after his death because they were convinced that he was killed.

Reports from the coroner in 2011 reportedly revealed that Russell Armstrong was not drunk or taking drugs at the time of his suicide. There was also no sign of any illness of chronic health problems.

Witnesses who found his body reportedly mentioned that Russell was still hanging at the time he was discovered with no sign of a break-in or struggle.

Russell Armstrong committed suicide by hanging himself, and Taylor has accepted the police report regarding his death, according to the website Examiner.com. Russell was reportedly under a great amount of stress during the time of his death as his relationship with his wife was falling apart.

Former RHOBH cast member Taylor Armstrong has yet to officially respond to the latest accusations from Russell's father.
