But on the Fan Appreciation Day of "Pretty Little Liars", it will feature the scariest scene that each has experienced from Season 1 to Season 5 on its "We Love You to Death" special episode. While everybody is waiting for this day to come, Janel Parrish teases the Christmas special of "Pretty Little Liars" Season 5. While Mona is really dead in the teen drama mystery-thriller show, she said that her character will be back during an interview with Zap2it.
"She's going to be back in a different capacity. She's the new flashback girl, which I'm actually really excited about. I think fans will love it too. I know it's sad to see her go as an alive character, but she'll still be haunting Rosewood a little bit in some flashbacks and I think it's going to be really great to get some backstory on her," she told Zap2it when it said that viewers were "so bummed out" on the death of Mona in the summer fatal finale.
