There are less than three months left until actor Yoo Seung Ho finishes his mandatory military service. And he has been an exemplary soldier. He enlisted earlier than most k-drama actors, signing up when he was only 19. He chose active duty at a time when there was still the option of working with the now-defunct Defense Media Agency. In that department celebrities could serve in various public relations capacities and received some special benefits. But Yoo Seung Ho did not want any special treatment. He got good grades during his basic training and served as an instructor in the department that trains recruits.

But now that his service is about to end, he is already considering what his future acting projects will be.

His last project before enlisting was playing the vulnerable villain Kang Hyung Joon in "Missing You," with co-stars Park Yoochun and Yoon Eun Hye.

His agency, San Entertainment told OSEN that the actor is looking at different projects including a film titled "Joseon Magician."

"The film 'Joseon Magician' is only one of the projects we received proposals for," said a San Entertainment representative. "Although it is true that we did get the scenario for 'Joseon Gunman,' no decision has been made yet regarding the project. We are currently receiving good proposals and 'Joseon Magician' is only one of the many proposals we received."

Despite his young age, Yoo Seung Ho is a veteran actor. He debuted at age seven in the drama "Daddy Fish" and became a star with his first film "The Way Home." Since then he has done several films and dozens of dramas. At first he played the child versions of other actors but by the age of 16 he was taking roles of his own. The award-winning actor is known for his leading role in "Operation Proposal" and for playing the Jade Emperor in "Arang and the Magistrate."

Whatever project he chooses in the future, he should know that Park Shin Hye is interested in working with him. Earlier this year in an interview with InStyle magazine, the actress was talking about the popularity of the older woman/younger man or noona dramas.

Although she is only three years older than him, she said she would not mind starring in a noona romance with him, should the opportunity ever arise.

She described the actor as seeming "mature and manly." K-drama producers may want to consider this idea before Yoo Seung Ho's schedule gets too full.
