‘The King, Two Hearts,’ Lee Seung Gi’s Proposal
In the 12th episode of MBC’s drama ‘The King, Two Hearts,’ Jae Ha (played by Lee Seung Gi) proposes to Hang Ah (played by Ha Ji Won).
After Hang Ah rescues Jae Ha from assassins, he joking asks her, “Do you like me? Or do you like Eun Shi Kyung (played by Jo Jung Suk)?” She replies, “I don’t know, but there’s someone that I hate.”
Jae Ha asks if it is him, “You know I’m not one to leave something unresolved. What you said right now I’m going to have to pay back. You think you can take it?...I’m going to kiss you every morning, as payback…like a stalker, I will always follow you and buy you everything you want and never look at another woman, only you…I’m going to make it so you never shed a tear. I’m going to make you the happiest queen in the world and love you until the day I die. As payback. You think you can match up to it? Your majesty, the queen?”
He continues with, “I’m proposing to you, you dummy.”
At this point Hang Ah is crying a river. She only says, “You South Korean royals always say what you want.”
The proposal has shaken the hearts of viewers everywhere, and they can't wait to see what will happen next.
