At least according to one plastic surgeon by the name of Dr. Michael Salzhauer, the photo does look like it backs up the Kylie Jenner plastic surgery rumors. "That is not just lipstick," the doctor said, "Her lips look 3 times as wide as they did in the 'before' pictures. Usually they get smaller and less plump as you get older, not bigger." And yet another plastic surgeon by the name of Dr. David Cangello, who is the head of the Plastic Surgery Department at JUVA Skin, Laser and Plastic Surgery Center notes that the big change in size of the reality star's lips is a dead giveaway, "The size increase her lips is so drastic that it's hard to imagine she didn't have them filled with something," he said.

This is the latest in the ever present Kylie Jenner plastic surgery rumors, which all started when celebrity blogger Perez Hilton posted  photos on his site of the alleged before and after pics of Kylie Jenner, claiming it was proof that the youngest of the brood has had lip injections.

The photo was taken from the reality star's Instagram page which showed her and a friend posing for a selfie. To further support his case for Kylie Jenner plastic surgery, Hilton compiled some photos of the young reality star featuring her lips that were quite thinner than her current photos.
