Kim Soo Hyun, “If ‘The Theives’ Pass Ten Million Viewers…”
Actor Kim Soo Hyun made a promise in hopes of the movie 'The Thieves' making big.
On the 24th at Seoul Sam Sung Dong Coex red carpet event, he promised that if the movie passes ten million viewers, he would watch the movie with the viewer.
When the MC Kim Bum Ryong asked him to make a promise in hopes of making the movie a success, Kim Soo Hyun was overwhelmed and said, "if the movie passes ten million viewers..." and could not finish his sentence.
To this, Kim Yoon Suk said in a joking way, "he says he will give Jeon Ji Hyun a piggy back ride around the country."
To this, Kim Soo Hyun replied, "if we hit over ten million viewers, I will carry the ten millionth viewer on my back and watch the movie with them" which made the crowd roar.
He also described his character that he is very romantic while thieves in general have realistic and selfish image.
On this day, all the main actors of the movie and the director Choi Dong Hoon attended the red carpet event. And after the event on the red carpet, 300 viewers watched the premier at the Megabox Coex.
