Miranda Kerr Fashion: 'Victoria's Secret' Angel Wears $15 Million Gown On Magazine Cover; Plus Is The Supermodel Dating Millionaire Businessman Steve Bing?
Miranda Kerr recently graced the cover of Elle Australia in its November 2014 issue. She looked stunning in a navy blue tulle Valentino gown on the cover. The designer gown reportedly costs a stunning $15 million. In the magazine's feature story the 31 year old supermodel talks about how she would describe Miranda Kerr fashion, as plenty of girls around the world look up to her as a style icon.
The Victoria's Secret angel talked about one of her earliest fashion icons growing up -- her grandmother. She describes how her grandmother's style that helped shape what is now known the world over as Miranda Kerr fashion. "My grandmother inspired my style from when I was a very young girl," Miranda shares. "I used to love watching her put outfits together - it wasn't necessarily about spending money, it was about tailoring outfits specific to her body shape."
It's true that her grandmother' style has influenced her immensely. One look at Miranda's street style and you'll see perfectly tailored pants or jeans, and well-fitting tops. Otherwise she is in sexy dresses that fit just right and reveal just enough without looking sleazy. In the same interview, Miranda discusses another icon that has helped shape the signature Miranda Kerr fashion.
"I also find Cate Blanchett's style very inspiring, elegant and timeless and she was exceptionally gorgeous at this year's Oscars," Miranda gushes. "I also find lots of style inspiration from my travels and experiences in different cultures."
When asked to describe how her home country of Australia, plus runway fashions have inspired her look, the model/businesswoman had this to say:
"Australian style is very wearable, practical, easygoing and relaxed. I think it's quite reflective of our attitude. My personal style is quite wearable and functional," she shares. "My favourite runway fashion looks? I'd have to say I was really inspired by Nicolas Ghesquière's collection at Louis Vuitton. I honestly feel like I could wear almost every piece in the collection."
Indeed, Miranda has come into the limelight because of her fantastic fashion choices, plus it also helped that she is now the third highest paid supermodel in the world. Recently, she also made headlines by being linked to millionaire playboy Steve Bing.
According to a report from Who, Miranda was spotted entering the mansion of the 49 year old property tycoon in Malibu, and she even had her son Flynn with her.
