Suicide Squad Members: Jesse Eisenberg's Lex Luthor To Join 'Suicide Squad'? Plus British Supermodel Cara Delevingne Eyed For Meaty Role In Upcoming DC Villains Movie?
After his turn as Superman's arch enemy Lex Luthor in the upcoming Zack Snyder movie, Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, actor Jesse Eisenberg might appear as part of the new Suicide Squad movie. According to Deadline, the actor has been in talks in translating his Lex Luthor character into one of the Suicide Squad members. It seems that The Social Network actor has been getting roles left and right, with projects such as the sequel to Now You See Me, and the comedy Arms & The Dudes.
Another big name celebrity is also reportedly being considered for a meaty role in this upcoming DC Comics movie. Supermodel and It-girl Cara Delevingne is in talks to be one of the Suicide Squad members. The 22 year old supermodel is being considered to play Harley Quinn, who is The Joker's partner in crime, and romantic interest. This interest in the British model was reportedly sparked when she herself posted on Instagram a photo of herself dressed as Harley Quinn. Warner Bros. took notice and if reports are to be believed, seriously considering Cara for the role.

Other actors reportedly in the running for roles in The Suicide Squad include Margot Robbie (The Wolf Of Wall Street), Tom Hardy (The Dark Knight Rises), plus Ryan Gosling and Will Smith. Such an interesting bunch to comprise the Suicide Squad members list! For those not in the know, the Suicide Squad is a team of villains that have been recruited by the government to man high-stakes, dangerous missions. In return, these villains are given commuted sentences for the crimes that they have committed over the years. The roster of Suicide Squad members have changed over the years, but the current members include Black Manta, Dead Shot, Death Stroke, Harley Quinn, and Joker's Daughter.
It is not yet confirmed whether the movie version will keep this roster or shake things up a bit. Fury's David Ayer is attached to write and direct the Suicide Squad movie.
