Prince Charles And Camilla King, Queen Rumors? Queen Mother Says She Will Not Abdicate Refuting Alzheimer's, But Charles Could Take Over As King 

Contrary to earlier reports hinting of divorce, Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles King, Queen rumors are emanating in recent reports about the Duke of York and the Duchess of Cornwall. The latest reports based on Dick Arbiter, a former Buckingham Palace press secretary who said Camilla would be Queen when Prince Charles accedes to the throne. The 88-year old ailing monarch, Queen Elizabeth will presumably step down and Prince Charles will replace her as King. 

While Queen Elizabeth is not about to let Camilla move up the ladder in the royal family, The Regency Act passed by the Parliament allows an ailing monarch to be replaced by King Charles and Camilla as the mother Queen approaches 90, if her Alzeheimer's and general health worsens. The last time the regency act came into play was when George III, found to be mentally ill, was replaced by his son George 1V, since the predecessor was not able to carry out his duties.

In the same manner, Queen Elizabeth is unable to fulfill all her duties and Prince Charles And Camilla King, Queen Rumors? are flooding the tabloids. Charles is looking at various options for him to take the throne while his mother is alive. "Yes, we have dusted off the Regency Act and taken a look at it," an insider cited Charles as quoting Saga Magazine recently. Despite her unwillingness to abdicate, she has been cutting down on her appointments and Charles and William have been stepping in to fill in the gaps.

"On Duty With the Queen: My Time As a Buckingham Palace Press Secretary," was published by Arbiter and the book cites Camilla Bowles Parker, the Duchess of Cornwall will not take the position as princess consort as speculated. Rather, she will be seated beside Prince Charles:  "If he becomes king at 79" Charles will have the support of his sons, Prince William and Prince Harry. This will of course require the backing of the 17 Commonwealth nations.

Despite the recent rumors of Charles' affair with American singer, Barbra Streisand, the Duke of York and the Duchess of Cornwall have travel plans ahead this week, visiting several countries including Colombia and Mexico.

Sources close to the story say that there is no information on how seriousness of the Queen's Alzheimer's and the Prince Charles And Camilla King, Queen Rumors are something that Prince Charles is keeping in the back of his mind, when the time is right?
