CN Blue's bassist, Lee Jung Shin will attempt to act for the first time.

FNC Entertainment stated on the 6th that Lee Jung Shin was casted for the drama, "My Daughter Soyoung." This will be the drama that airs after the KBS2 weekend drama "Unexpected You."

'My Daughter Soyoung,' that is already gaining interest, will be produced by the producer Yoon Hyun Ki of 'Master of Study,' and 'Brain' and the writer So Hyun Kyung of 'Shining Inheritance,' 'Prosecutor Princess,' '49 Days.' It will be about the close but distant relationship of a father and daughter trying to compromise their love.

In July, Lee Jung Shin appeared as a cameo on 'Unexpected You' as Mal Sook's new date and was a part of the 40% viewer rating. He was complimented for his great acting in the love triangle, despite the fact that it was his first time. People are interested in what type of charms he will have in this next drama.

A FNC affiliate stated, "Lee Jung Shin had many offers from different dramas. He spent a great deal of time practicing his acting and he wants to act well and wants to always learn. Please have expectations for him."

After Lee Jung Shin's casting, all of the CN Blue members have taken on acting. After Jung Young Hwa, Lee Jong Hyun and Kang Min Hyuk, who have acted well, Lee Jung Shin has been added to the viewer's interest.

'My Daughter Soyoung,' will air after 'Unexpected You' on September 15th.
