Comedian Artie Lange is making headlines for the recent racist and sexist Twitter posts that he made about female ESPN anchor Cari Champion.

Shortly after Artie Lange made his Twitter posts, the 47-year-old entertainer's career already began taking blows as ESPN has reportedly banned the comic from ever appearing on the network, and his Comedy Central appearance has been canceled, according to TMZ.

"The chick on ESPNs First Take is so Fu**in hot," Artie Lange wrote on his Twitter account.

He continued, "Here's the scenario I'm suing to jerk off to chick on First Take I'm T. Jefferson & she's my slave. She beats the s**t out of me & runs free."

ESPN issued a statement regarding Lange's Twitter comments, stating that "no one should be subjected to such hateful language," according to the NY Daily News

"They objectify and demean one of our valued employees under the thin guise of 'comedy' and are offensive to all of us. We will not dignify them with any other comment," the statement continued.

Cari Champion has reportedly declined to comment.

Despite the offensive series of tweets he made, Lange posted another collection of messages that may further anger the public as he reportedly defended himself as trying to compliment the anchor.

"I won't debate if the tweets were funny. That could take minutes of precious time left in my career. The issue is do they warrant an apology," Lange tweeted.

He continued, "Tricky question. I would rather load trucks for a living then ever apologize to one of these awful PC groups ruining the country."

The former member of "The Howard Stern Show" added, "So that's a NO. But if it upsets the lady in question that's another story. Let me say to @CariChampion if this hurt u in any way I'm sorry."
