Whether it's the appeal of the leading actors in "Pride and Prejudice" or the audience's lack of interest in the competing dramas, the drama ruled its time slot once again. And the ratings keep rising. This week the drama rose 0.7 percent to 12.8 percent, breaking its own previous record. "Pride and Prejudice" has held first place in its time slot since it began on Oct. 27. And it shows no signs of slowing down.

The crime drama explores not only the prejudice that keeps its main characters apart, but also relates how misleading facts can prejudice an investigation. One wrong assumption can lead to a series of wrong assumptions and that can result in an innocent man going to jail or a guilty one being set free. It's a lesson that Baek Jin Hee as rookie prosecutor Han Yeol Moo has to learn both in her personal and professional life. The episode ended with a kiss between her and the senior prosecutor played by Choi Jin Hyuk. That kiss may take her one step closer to finding him innocent of the crime she imagines that he committed.

The drama offers weekly crimes for the team to solve that tie into larger crimes and possibly the crime that defines the lives of the characters played by Baek Jin Hee and Choi Jin Hyuk. The drama also has a strong cast, which includes veteran actor Choi Min Soo, as well as up and coming actors Lee Tae Hwan and Choi Woo Sik.

"Tomorrow Cantabile," the drama about classical music students based on the Japanese manga "Nodame Cantabile," has fallen further in the ratings. The drama, which stars Joo Won and Shim Eun Kyung, dropped 0.2 percent, from 5.8 to 5.6 percent on Tuesday. The k-drama version was highly anticipated both for its cast and the fact that another live-action drama based on the manga was very successful in Japan.

"Secret Door," which tells the sad story of Prince Sado and his conflict with his father remained at 5.3 percent. Lee Je Hoon plays Crown Prince Sado and Han Suk Gyu plays his father King Yeongjo. According to historical accounts the prince was murderously insane but this story takes another point of view. It proposes that the prince's conflict with his father and his efforts on behalf of a more democratic state, led to his execution and eventual character assassination in the history books.
