"Pinocchio" Lee Jong Suk exposed the Pinocchio syndrome of Park Shin Hye while in a debate.

On the SBS drama special "Pinocchio" aired on November 20th (script Park Hye Ryun, director Jo Soo Won) broadcast on November 20th, Choi Dahl Po (played by Lee Jong Suk) and Choi In Ha (played by Park Shin Hye) took an exam to become a reporter for YGN broadcasting.

On this episode, Dahl Po was extremely angry at Choi In Ha.  He said that reporters should be held more accountable as people believe that they tell the truth.  As he glared as Choi In Ha, In Ha asked him, "Are you directing this at me?"  At this, people learned that Choi In Ha was affected with the Pinocchio syndrome.  She was embarrassed and left the scene.  At the end of the episode, Dahl Po was so upset with the situation involving his father that he started to feel nauseated.

Netizens seeing this episode had varying opinions.  Some thought that it wasn't intentional for Dahl Po to expose Park Shin Hye's Pinocchio syndrome.  Others wondered how the relationship between Dahl Po and In Ha would develop, and some could empathize with the pain of losing a father in such tragedy.
