In the last episode of 'Golden Time' that aired on the 25th of September, Choi In Hyuk (played by Lee Sung Min) and Lee Min Woo (played by Lee Sun Gyun) transferred a patient with a helicopter. However, there were many twists and turns. Getting a surgery room was difficult and since it was the first time transferring a patient with a helicopter to the hospital, communication was difficult as well.

After arriving at the hospital, Choi In Hyuk and Lee Min Woo entered the surgery room. After the peak in the surgery passed, Choi In Hyuk commanded Lee Min Woo to go to a surgical interview. Lee Min Woo hesitated but exited the surgery room.

However, they rejected him saying that he should try a different specialization. Choi In Hyuk hears about Lee Min Woo's rejection.

Choi In Hyuk said to Lee Min Woo, "Go to a hospital in Seoul." Lee Min Woo hesitated. He said that he wanted to stay at this hospital. However, Choi In Hyuk said that he needed more experience. He stated, "If you think of me as a role model, throw that idea away." When asked why, he Choi In Hyuk replied, "If the role model fails, then the followers can lose their ways as well."

In the end, Lee Min Woo decides to move to Seoul. Choi In Hyuk looked disappointed that he was leaving. The grandfather, Kang Dae Je (played by Jang Yong) regained consciousness, and Kang Jae In (played by Hwang Jung Eum), who returned as an intern, shared with him that Lee Min Woo was leaving. Kang Jae In also decided to move to Seoul.

Lee Min Woo promised, "I will return," as he said goodbye to Choi In Hyuk. The last promise that Lee Min Woo makes foreshadows the possibility of a 2nd season.
