Ryan Reynolds And Blake Lively Want 'Normal Childhood' For Their Kids; First Time Parents Share Parenting Plans And Expectations

Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively seem to have a very grounded view about raising their children.

The stunning couple announced that they're expecting baby number one earlier this year. Friends, family and fans are extremely delighted to hear the good news.

Blake herself have suggested in a few interviews that she wants a large family with Ryan. Despite having that dream, the actress doesn't see the need to quit Hollywood anytime soon. But, with the looks of it, Blake is definitely the type to put family first before her career.  And although both Blake and Ryan live a very high profile life because of their careers, they both want normal childhoods for their future kids.

As a source said, "They both have talked a lot about raising the baby out of LA and giving their kids a normal childhood."

"Playing outside, having a puppy, catching lightning bugs ... they want their kids to experience all of that."

When it comes to the dirty work, Daddy Ryan is all for it.  In an interview published on Hello Magazine, he said: "I don't have a weak stomach.  I'm good with diapers and all that kind of stuff because I have lots of nieces and nephews, so I've done it all before."

"I'm just excited about having a buddy," he said. "We don't know if it's a boy or a girl yet, but whatever it is, you have this tether to reality that never goes away."

Blake on the other hand had this to share:

"I came from a big family, a big family of Southerners. I'm the youngest of five, so I never raised any siblings below me, but I'm always the person who's taking everyone else's kid and putting them on my hip, so I've kinda always been a mama."

It sure looks like Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively will have a blast with parenting!
