‘The Innocent Man’ Recap 5 Minutes In A 70 Minute Episode… Doesn’t Make Sense
KBS 2TV drama "The Innocent Man" is feeling the heat from the viewers' glare over the 5 minute rerun of the previous episode.
On the 17th, in the beginning of the episode, the last 5 minutes of episode 10 were aired again.
Normally, dramas will show a little bit of the previous episode for the flow of the story, but in the case of "The Innocent Man", it used up 5 minutes of precious airtime and set off many protests from the viewers.
In a 70 minute episode, 5 minutes is a lot of time. For that reason, viewers criticized the production and said, "Don't recap for 5 minutes."
In the preview after episode 10, Park Joon Ha (played by Lee Sang Yeop) asked Kang Ma Ru for help as he said, "It wasn't love from the beginning, anyways, right?" While Kang Ma Ru replied, "What will you do if I say it is love now?" However, in episode 11, this scene was not shown so some viewers have called it 'fishing-style editing'.
