In "Pinocchio," Lee Jong Suk realized that the death certificate of the bus driver was fake.  He then asked Park Shin Hye to lie for him.

On the 13th episode of SBS Wednesday/Thursday drama "Pinocchio" (script Park Hye Ryun, director Jo Soo Won) broadcast on December 24th, Choi In Ha (played by Park Shin Hye) verified that the death certificate of the bus driver was false.

Nonetheless, she said to Ki Ha Myung (played by Lee Jong Suk) and another reporter that the death certificate is real, which was a lie.  Ki Ha Myung felt it was strange and went to find Choi In Ha.

Choi In Ha was startled and started to hiccup.  She told Ki Ha Myung not to come.  Ki Ha Myung said, "Why are you hiccupping? Are you sure that's the death certificate? Is it really the false reporting that your mother sent?  Please say that I'm right" he yelled.

At this, Choi In Ha put her head down and said, "The death certificate, they said that it's fabricated. When I checked the original copy, it's really a suicide.  The president had duped us" she confessed.  Ki Ha Myung said, "Why. Why is it you when I've just about arrived? Why does it have to be you? You just need to shut up.  Then it'll be that your mother made a wrong report and you wont' be able to be a reporter anymore."
