TV introduced outstanding min-series in 2014. In fact, the Golden Globes 2015 nominees list for the Best Actress in a Mini Series or TV movie is filled with names of such amazing actresses.
Jessica Lange always puts on her best performance to scare viewers in all the "American Horror Story" seasons. It's only natural, then, that she gets a nomination for "American Horror Story: Freak Show."
Allison Tolman also impressed viewers as well as the HFPA in her role as a timid yet skilled policewoman in "Fargo."
Maggie Gyllenhaal is also nominated for "The Honorable Woman." Frances McDormand for "Olive Kitteridge," as well as Frances O'Connor for "The Missing" are on the list, too.
