MBLAQ's Lee Joon and B2ST's Doojoon for "IRIS 2" Press Conference
On November 13, a press conference for upcoming KBS drama "Iris 2" was held at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel. The idol turned actors were there to answer media questions.
Lee Joon will be Kim Ji Hun, the computer genius in charge of back-up in NSS command Center . He was asked why did he think he was casted for the roll, he said "I think is because I work hard. If I wouldn't work hard, then it would be impossible to have been casted in roles like these. That's why people like me" he added "It is a lot more pressure than before. In the past I did scenes where I had to use words, but now I have to be careful of my own moves."
Besides "Iris 2" Lee Joon will be them main lead in the movie "An Actors is an Actor" He also participated in the Hollywood movie "Ninja Assasin" staring Rain.
On the other hand, Doojoon also shared his thoughts about his role in "Iris 2". He expressed "I also feel a lot of pressure because I liked the first Iris. I am focusing on my action scenes, therefore I go to action then straight to shooting. I am working hard to not disappoint my seniors." Doojoon will be Yoon Shin Hyuk, one of the agents.
"Iris 2" will take after Lee Byung Hun's death and will be focused on Baek San who was arrested. While Mr. Blacks identity will be revealed.
The cast is expected to start filming soon, and the drama will air on February of 2013.
