Baek Jin Hee decided to save Choi Jin Hyuk.  Because of this, she chose to be severely punished.  On the episode of MBC Monday/Tuesday special drama "Pride and Prejudice" (script Lee Hyun Joo, director Kim Jin Min) broadcast on January 6th, Han Yeol Moo (played by Baek Jin Hee) wanted to rescue Koo Dong Chi (played by Choi Jin Hyuk).  To do this, he cancelled the written arraignment of Moon Hee Man (played by Choi Min Soo).

Koo Dong Chi (played by Choi Jin Hyuk) started to follow Park Geun Min closely, believing that he was the murderer of Han Byul.  In the end, he started to catch onto Jung Chang Ki.  However, after receiving a call that Song Ah Reum had disappeared, Dong Chi asks Kang Soo for a favor.  He asks Kang Soo to meet with Jung Chang Ki.

Koo Dong Chi was on his way to the incarceration facility.  To save him, Yeol Moo cancelled the written arraignment.  Moon Hee found out about this and was enraged.  He said to Yeol Moo, "I know that you can't avoid serious consequences.  If you had known about this and still did this, then let him go."

He continued by saying, "The prosecution had been determined enough to quit if things went wrong so I did this for no reason" as he mocked the situation.  Moreover, he said, "The prosecution is more about results than reputation.  Wake up.  The Korean courts won't ever not do something to save face."
