Choi Jin Hyuk who had given a confession ended up recanting his confession

On the 19th episode of MBC Monday/Tuesday special drama "Pride and Prejudice" (script Lee Hyun Joo, director Kim Jin Min) broadcast on January 6th, Koo Dong Chi (played by Choi Jin Hyuk) recanted his confession and asserted that he was indeed innocent.

Moon Hee Man (played by Choi Min Soo) put out Dong Chi and his father's written arraignment and required them to decide where to stamp. Then, Dong Chi stamped both of the written arraignments.  Moon Hee Man said, "We can't have two written arraignments with one case."  Dong Chi said, "I know."  Moon Hee Man then said, "Then you'll pay anything" and Dong Chi said, "That can't be. Because I didn't.  I recant.  I didn't do this."

Moon Hee Man was watching Dong Chi and said, "I guess your father would have recanted as well.  You guys put some thought into it" he said in disbelief.  Dong Chi said, "I thought my dad had killed the White Bear and my dad thought that I had killed the White Bear.  You know that they don't punish lies for family members. Please call me when you find evidence."  Nonetheless, Moon Hee Man said, "I'm going to have these two people as co-conspirators and send them to the case department.  There's no evidence so if they say they're innocent, they'll be released.  But you can reveal those things at the courthouse."  With this, he blocked Dong Chi's mouth.
