Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott flaunted their cute son Finn in a new Instagram post. But while they shared the snap, the controversial couple are reportedly more protective of their kids nowadays following the family woes documented in "True Tori."

According to a report from E!Online, a solo snapshot of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's son was posted on the Instagram page of the former "Beverly Hills 90210" star.

The image showed the adorable two-year-old sporting a Mohawk. He also had on a red "Varsity Football" tank top and jeans.

"Finn rocking his updated #mohawk and @Ffloyds99barbershop knocked it out of the park again," the proud mom wrote alongside her son's Instagram image.

"Thanks again for always being so cool and patient with our babes," she added in the caption, referring to the barbershop that gave her toddler son a suiting haircut.

Aside from the Instagram post featuring Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott's son, the former teen star also shared family-oriented posts on her personal blog.

One post talked about the family vacation of Tori Spelling, Dean McDermott, and their four kids last New Year. The reality TV family reportedly welcomed 2015 on a winter vacation at Lake Arrowhead, California.

"There's nothing like a big family!" the mother-of-four blogged, reported by E!Online.

"It's messy and loud but always filled with so much love."

"I am so excited for a brand new year... I have a feeling 2015 is going to be a good one," Tori Spelling shared.

The past year has been chaotic for the entire family of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. Their marital woes, cheating allegations, financial troubles, health issues, and drama involving Tori Spelling's mother were all documented in their reality series, "True Tori."

The show ended towards the holiday season, and some hope that all the heavy drama from last season would push Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott to end the show permanently, primarily to protect their kids.
