Producer of Famous Dramas 'IRIS' and 'Athena' Found Dead

Producer Jo Hyun Gil who was 48 years old and was the mastermind behind action series like 'IRIS'. 'Athena'. And movies like '71 Into the Fire', 'Wet Dreams' and 'Marrying the Mafia' was found dead on his car on the morning of January 2nd.

The director's car parked outside the restaurant he owned and police said, he might have of hypothermia, after being too long in the cold temperature South Korea has been facing in the past days.

Jon Hyun Gil was a former basketball player, and was known to having a heart disease. Suspicion of suicide have been denied but on December 31st he posted on his Facebook “I'm glad and relieved now that I’ve put it all down”, which fire up more the rumors about committing suicide.

However his family has said that they believe he suffered a heart attack.

Celebrities like Juno (JYJ Junsu's brother), actress Yoon So Yi, and basketball star Yoon Suk Min have expressed their condolences.
