‘Jersey Shore’ Cast Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi Now An Ordained Minister; Gets Authority To Officiate Wedding Of Gay Couple
"Jersey Shore" cast Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi is now an ordained minister, said a report from Us Weekly. According to the news feature, the reality star recently received the authority to officiate a gay couple's upcoming wedding.
The "Jersey Shore" cast member, who also stars in a spinoff reality show "Snooki & JWoww" alongside fellow new mom Jenny "Jwoww" Farley, took to Twitter to announce her new role.
"I am OFFICIALLY ordained," the 27-year-old tweeted. "Just call me Mama Reverend!"
The mother-of-two will be officiating the upcoming wedding of her gay hairstylists Vidov's Bradley Moreland and J Christopher's Luis Miller.
"Can't wait to marry my loves," gushed "Jersey Shore" cast Snooki Polizzi.
The soon-to-wed couple will celebrate their wedding in Connecticut this coming June.
"It's going to be filled with love, happiness, surprises and excitement," Luis Miller shared to Us Weekly.
After announcing that she has been officially ordained, "Jersey Shore" cast Snooki received requests from some of her seven million Twitter followers to officiate their own weddings and child baptisms.
The reality star's latest role as an ordained wedding minister followed her own recent wedding to longtime boyfriend Jionni LaValle. Their ceremony was held in November last year in Garfield, New Jersey, and was attended by former "Jersey Shore" cast members Jenni "Jwoww" Farley, Deena Nicole Cortese, and Sammi Giancola, who also served as bridesmaids.
The couple's two-year-old son Lorenzo and four-month-old daughter Giovanna were also present during the Great Gatsby-themed wedding.
Aside from Snooki's two children, a report from Hollywood Life revealed how the former wild child still wants to have more kids.
"I'd like 2 more so a total of 4," she said.
The petite celebrity also said she prefers to have more sons, so that the brothers could protect their sister, baby Giovanna.
Daily Mail also reported about how the once crazy "Jersey Shore" cast member seemed to have adjusted to motherhood.
"(I) Absolutely love being a mother to two kids! Haven't gotten a wink of sleep taking care of & staring at my daughter," Snooki Polizzi said.
