K-Drama Stars Who Celebrate Their Birthdays In March

Spring is not the only thing to celebrate in March. Some of your favorite k-drama stars also have birthdays.

March 2: Namgoong Min starts the month off with a birthday. He has been busy lately with drama roles in "I Need Romance 3," "Wild Chives and Soybean Soup" and "My Secret Hotel." He also did a stint on "We Got Married" with Hong Jin Young, for which he won an MBC New Star of the Year award.

March 4: Park Min Young recently wrapped up her starring role as a reporter in "Healer." This year she added Ji Chang Wook to her list of handsome co-stars, which includes Lee Min Ho and Park Yoochun.

March 7: Jang Dong Gun made no small screen appearances in the last year as he and his wife welcomed a second child into their family. He did earn praise for playing the role of Gon in the film "No Tears For The Dead."

March 13: Kim Nam Gil's last small screen appearance was in the 2012 drama "Shark" but he has worked on four films since his last birthday. He played a leading role in the swashbuckler "Pirates," narrated the documentary "Glory for Everyone" and in 2015 fans can see him in "A Bastard" and "The Hymn.

March 13 is also the birthday of Infinite's L, aka Kim Myung Soo. Since his last birthday he played the second lead in the drama "My Lovely Girl." His character tried to steal Krystal Jung's character away from the entertainment company CEO played by Rain.

March 15: Model-turned-actress Lee Da Hee played a woman who chooses right over might in the melodrama "Big Man. And this year she can also be seen on the variety show "Real Men."

March 16: Jung So Min was in two dramas in 2014 and this year can be seen in two films. She appeared in "Big Man" with Lee Da Hee and also in "Miss Korea." In 2015, fans can see her in "Twenty" with Kim Woo Bin and Kang Ha Neul and also in "Alice."

March 20: Kang Ji Hwan is the third "Big Man" cast mate to have a birthday in the same week. He played the leading role in that drama.

March 29: Since her last birthday Kim Tae Hee has spent considerable time in China. She filmed the drama "Wang Xizhi" there and has traveled there a few times to visit boyfriend Rain, who is also filming there.
