Sung Dong Il Casts in “Jang Ok Jung Lives For Love”

Actor Sung Dong Il is joining “Jang Ok Jung Lives For Love.”

The actor will appear as Jang Ok Jung's (Kim Tae Hee) godfather, and her father cousin. He is a man who once saved Jang Ok Jung who was destined to be a queen. He is said to be money hungry and will use his goddaughter to seek fortune.

The actor who received much love for his role in the tvN drama “Reply 1997” as Jung Siwon's (Jung Eun Ji) dad , will show a different role than his past characters.

Sung dong Il is currently in the drama “Jeon Woo Chi” and will also make a cameo in KBS' upcoming drama “IRIS 2.”

“Jang Ok Jung Lives For Love,” starring Kim Tae Hee, Yoo Ah In, Hong Soo Hyun, and Jae Hee is about Jang Ok Jung a famous concubine of the Joseon Dynasty. She will be portrayed as talented make-up and fashion designer. The drama will air on April on SBS.
