Viewers Criticize That Lee Da Hae's Makeup Is Too Heavy On "Iris 2," Producer Pyo Responds

Producer Pyo Min Soo opened up about the controversies that dealt with the new drama "Iris 2."

Producer Pyo attended a press conference for KBS 2TV drama "Iris 2" on February 19th. During the press conference, there were discussions of the issues that were rising among netizens on the new drama "Iris 2."

Soon after "Iris 2" was broadcasted, netizens commented and criticized, "Lee Da Hae, who is supposed to be training as an agent has too much makeup on her. Real agents who are training wouldn't ever wear heavy makeup like that."

Producer Pyo responded, "we are currently still discussing issues on her hair and makeup. On our part, we don't think that it is too much, but we are thinking of adjusting and making a decision based on that. Male viewers really won't notice that issue, but female viewers may be more sensitive to this topic. The staff and the actors are working hard to fix any problems."

The first episode of "Iris 2" was placed in first place and is also under fire for many mistakes found in the drama. For instance, their fake toy gun also was a huge issue.
