In the first promo preview for April 16's "One Flight Down," we see the doctors of Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital dealing with the aftermath of the tragic plane crash.

The gruesome realities of the crash (and the victims) torment Meredith and Arizona, making their day at work very trying to say the least.
The other plotline that this first preview brings up revolves around Meredith's inability to reach Derek. This subject is the focus in the second promo preview video for Episode 20 of Season 11.

After watching the video, the question on everyone's mind is: Where is Derek? While it is unlikely that he too was a victim of the plane crash, the troubling events of the day only create more worries for Meredith.
