Park Shi Hoo Delays Police Investigation, Asks for Transfer and Gets Denied

Actor Park Shi Hoo was supposed to be investigated in the evening of February 24th, but he asked for another delay.

Park Shi Hoo, who is now being represented by law firm Pureumae, did not present himself on the day the police have summoned him, and by letter, his lawyers said that due to “unavoidable circumstances” their client could not go the investigations.

They also said that they filled paper work that same day to requested a transfer from the Seobu Police Station, to the one in Gangnam, which is where his house and the bar where they went is located.

However, Seobu Police Station, didn't allowed this to happen and all the investigations will still take place over at their police department. They also call Park Shi Hoo again for investigation this week.

His lawyer asked people again, to please not jump into conclusion and rumors because of the delay, and reassured people that the actor is completely willing to cooperate in everything; and they said they will do everything in their power to bring justice to its client. They also stated that they will give constant updates on the case.

Park Shi Hoo was accused of rape, by actress wannabe “A” on February 15th. After CCTV investigations, it was also known that another actor named “Kim” was present with them, and he have been accused of rape too.

“A” also asked for a drug test, because she argues that she got drunk really quickly, compared to normal circumstances and she thinks, she might have been drugged by the two actors.
