Jessica Jung left Girls Generation in the fall of 2014 and launched her fashion brand Blanc & Eclare. According to a recent episode of the Korean television show "The List," she is one of several Korean celebrities with successful businesses. Jung was mentioned on the weekly television show that ranks celebrities according to a theme. This episode focused on Korean celebrities with successful businesses.

"The List 2015" episode that featured Jessica Jung talked about her interest in fashion and her well-publicized sense of style. She began Blanc & Eclare with partner Tyler Kwon, focusing on sunglasses. But the sunglasses are doing to well that she plans to expand her brand. Blanc currently has 40 stores throughout Asia. In Seoul alone she sold about $10,000 worth of glasses in an hour.

Given the success of her fledgling business, Jessica Jung has expressed the desire to add more items, including perfume and accessories. It is also rumored that the next place she plans to expand to is New York. The company is currently headquartered in Hong Kong, but some say she may move the brand's headquarters to the Big Apple.

Jessica Jung is not the only k-celeb with a business or even the only one with a fashion business.

Other celebrities with successful businesses include Big Bang's Seungri, who has a dance and music academy that trains idol-wannabes in singing and dancing. Singer-actor Rain does more than make music and appear in dramas. He is the CEO of the music label JTune Entertainment, as well as the owner of clothing line Six To Five, named after his birthday 6/25.

Actor and 2PM member Ok Taecyeon has made a business out of his cute cat drawings. You can find his quirky OKCat on merchandise such as T-shirts, bowls and dolls.

And Ha Ji Won collaborated with an aromatherapist to create a line of natural beauty products that helps women with sensitive skin look their best.

Owning a restaurant is another popular celebrity business. "Spy" star Kim Jae Joong owns a Coffee Cojjee shop in the Cheomdamdong neighborhood of Seoul. Kim Hyun Joong has a Jaksal Chicken restaurant. So Ji Sub had A Twosome Place by 51K coffee shop that's often featured in dramas.

His good friend Song Seung Hoon has a talent agency, Storm S, which manages such top actors as Lee Young Ae and Jo Hyun Jae.

These stars may be appealing entertainers but they also have plenty of business savvy.
