Lee Chung Ah Casts in “Wonderful Mama”

Actress Lee Chung Ah have joined the SBS drama “Wonderful Mama.”

It was recently revealed that the actress will appear in the new SBS weekend drama.

The actress will play the role of Oh Da Jung, Go Young Chae (Jung Yoo Mi)'s best friend. Oh Da Jung, is lonely girl, who's husband belittle her, and friends take advantage of her because of her innocent and kind personality.

This will be Lee Chung Ah's comeback to the small screen, after a year since "Flower Boy Ramyun Shop" where she starred with Jung Il Woo and Lee Ki Woo, ended in December of 2011.

About her casting she said, “I think it will be fun filming for this drama, since I know all of my fellow actors. I have high expectations for this drama, due to the director and writer's reputation. I will show a new side of myself with this character.”

“Wonderful Mama” starring Jung Kyu Woon, Jung Yoo Mi, and Bae Jong Ok is about a rich mother Yoon Bok Hee (Bae Jong Ok) who is a loan shark, that suffers from Alzheimer's and her three kids' struggle to grow up in such situation.Please anticipate and show a lot of love for the drama."

Meanwhile, the actress will also appear in the movie “The Five” starring Kim Sun Ah and Ma Dong Suk.
