Yoo Seung Ho's Surprising Secret Entrance into the Military

It has been reported that Yoo Seung Ho entered the military without any type of warning. After receiving countless love calls from directors following his appearance in an MBC drama called "I Miss You," he disappeared into the army.

Yoo Seung Ho's sudden entrance into the military drew attention because of his decision to enter the military relatively early compared to other celebrities. Although for a typical Korean male born in 1993, it is not considered late to enter the military. Yoo Seung Ho on the other hand was on the fast track to becoming one of the hottest actors in Korea but stopped everything. Regardless, he put everything on pause and chose to take on his duty as a Korean citizen.

Korean male celebrities usually enter the military in their late 20s, which is why Yoo Seung Ho's timely entrance drew attention. One other odd thing that drew attention is the fact that his representatives did not release any information regarding when and where he will be entering.

It has been said that Yoo Seung Ho wanted to enter the military as quiet as he could without drawing attention. He wanted to enter the military as a Korean male citizen, not as a star. Yoo Seung Ho silently entered the military March 5 after notifying only his close friends and family as well as a number of fans. Another impressive news is that he chose not to go to the military sector specialized for celebrities, but chose to enter the military just like the rest of the Korean male population.

The reason Yoo Seung Ho chose to go into the military quietly was to make sure he doesn't bother other men entering the military the same time at the same location. Regardless of the status of a celebrity, countless cameras and fans show up to the training location when a celebrity goes into the military. Whenever a celebrity goes into the military, the other men who enter with him are overshadowed while the celebrity shines in the crowd as a hero serving his country.

Yoo Seung Ho however decided to enter the military quietly just like any other men in Korea. Even though it was reported that the fans he is very close to showed up at the location but it was nowhere near the ceremony-like scene created for other celebrities.

Right as he was about to enter the military, he expressed his thoughts online in his fan café. He must have felt guilty for not letting his fans know about it. His post stated, "I'm a little sorry that I didn't let my fans know when I'll be going to the military. I just thought that entering the military quietly would be the best way to be considerate to the other men entering the military with me."

Yoo Seung Ho's fans completely understood and even praised him for his thoughtful behavior. Instead of flaunting and enjoying his top stardom, he showed a very surprising side that impressed his fans.

Yoo Seung Ho also stated, "Thank you so much to those who supported me all throughout the way. A lot of people thought I was entering the military a little too early but I view this as a normal thing for a man in Korea. The military was actually something I really wanted. For the last ten years, so much stress has been accumulating and I wanted to escape the routine I go through every day. I can't express everything in words right now but I am very excited. I will see you all in two years after I work hard in the military. Please don't forget me until then!"

Not only is his face and body perfect, his mentality seems to be perfect as well. Even though his fans feel as though they have been backstabbed, they are so proud and happy about the results.
