Actress Lee Young Ae bibimbad ad is seen in China.

Professor Seo Kyung Duk, from Sungshin Women’s University, revealed on March 11th, that the same ad he post it on the New York Times, will also be displayed in Shanghai.

The ad will be viewed by approximately 30 million people during the six-month period the ad will be displayed.

Professor Seo Kyung Duk, who was in that country over the weekend revealed that the Chinese people were interested in the add, as “Dae Jang Geum” the drama in which Lee Young Ae appeared on, which talks about a cook who becomes a doctor, and show many Korean cooking traditions, was still being shown in China.

The ad was placed in street Qipu Lu, which is a super crowed clothing market, with many malls all together. Many people were seeing taking pictures with the ad, showing the actress' big popularity.

The ad that was printed on the 15th page of Section A, in the New York Times on February 15th. The add introduces the actress, who is dressed in a hanbok, with the title “BIBIMBAP? And talks the her wildly famous 2003 drama “Dae Jang Geum,” as well as the dish.

Professor Seo Kyung Duk also revealed that he also has plans for showing the ad in many famous newspapers, magazines, and billboards in major cities of the world.
