Lee Jin Casts in “The Secret of Birth”

Actress and ex-member of girl group Fin.K.L Lee Jin joining the SBS weekend drama.

On March 25th, the actress' agency, King Kong Entertainment revealed that the actress have been selected to appear in “The Secret of Birth.”

Lee Jin will play the role of an elite daughter-in-law, who is sophisticated and elegant, and seems like she has the perfect life, but she actually carries a big burden in her heart.

About her casting, she commented, “I have faith in the director and writers. I am expecting to work well with the other actors, so please have a lot of expectation in this drama.”

Lee Jin last met the public, with the SBS drama "The Great Seer" where she played the role of the young Princess Yeong Ji,, the mother of JI Sang (Ji Sung), and Jung Geun (Song Chang Ui).

"The Secret of Birth” directed by Kim Jong Hyuk (Spring Days) and written by Kim Kyu Wan (Cinderella′s Sister, Piano) is about a woman who suffers from memory loss, and meets a man (Yoon Joon Sang), that will help her regain her memories. This man is non other than her husband. She will struggle to remember him and their young daughter (Kal So Won), who happens to be just like her mom. All the while a big secret will be revealed.

The drama is scheduled to air on April 27th, after “Incarnation of Money” ends.
